Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hossam Hamdy, Dean of the Faculty of Education,
the Faculty witnessed a vibrant academic and scientific atmosphere today, Sunday, May 4, 2025, marking a distinguished conclusion to the 2024/2025 academic year.
The Department of Foundations of Education, chaired by Professor Dr. Hadeel El-Khouly, held its Annual Scientific Conference with the honorable presence of:
Professor Dr. Hossam Hamdy, Dean of the Faculty
Professor Dr. Wael Ramadan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs
Professor Dr. Rashida El-Sayed El-Taher, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research
Professor Dr. Mona Abu Hashemah, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development
The event was also attended by esteemed faculty members, assistant staff from the department, a number of students and researchers.
The conference program included a SWOT analysis presentation (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) of the department's environment, prepared by the assistant staff, guided by the insights of several senior faculty members. The program also highlighted the department's key achievements and showcased selected student projects.
In addition, student research projects were discussed by students from both the Arabic Language (General) and Arabic Language (Basic Education) divisions.
As a token of appreciation, the department honored Professor Dr. Hossam Hamdy, Dean of the Faculty, in recognition of his unwavering support and facilitation of the department’s various activities and events. The department also extended its gratitude by honoring the Vice Deans.
